Lemon Zucchini Bread

Besides painting and taking pictures, my sister and I love to cook. Here's a link to a recipe for a wonderful sounding bread sent to me by a friend. I can't wait to give it a try this week, using the zest from 2 lemons and 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice in place of the extract as my friend suggested.

If anyone bakes a loaf or two of the Lemon Zucchini Bread, let us know how it turns out.

I made a loaf of this today. In place of the extract, for a single loaf I used the zest and juice from 1 lemon and 2 eggs, halving the other ingredients.
